As a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Belfast office, you’ll lead a dedicated team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards. From conducting audits to ensuring health and safety compliance, you’ll play a key role in delivering a clean and safe environment for all. You’ll be entrusted to: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring roles are well-defined and standards are met. Maintain overall cleanliness of the office, conducting audits in line with contractual requirements. Ensure staff are trained and competent in using equipment and following health and safety practices, including COSHH and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW). Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate. Utilise electronic management systems to log, track, and resolve service requests. Keep accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed and up to date. Make sure team members complete mandatory training and comply with company policies. Support the team with ad hoc duties as required. Does this sound like you? You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have: Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
