Norse Cleaning Division is looking to recruit a Cleaning Area Supervisor to cover various cleaning contracts across Norwich / Great Yarmouth. This position requires working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role
As the Cleaning Area Supervisor, your responsibilities include ensuring all designated sites in your area meet customer satisfaction and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will;
* Arrange the provision of cleaners to meet SLA/contract specifications and support external events as required.
* Ensure site-based staff understand and achieve objectives set by our customer in partnership with building management, and are aware of quality, performance, and administrative requirements.
* Train staff.
* Conduct regular site monitoring visits and complete Health & Safety Reviews.
Our Successful Candidate
You should have some commercial experience within a cleaning environment and some supervisory or leadership experience, even if outside the industry.
Additionally, you will;
* Confidently engage with clients and the public.
* Possess good organizational skills to manage your workload and that of others.
* Have a keen eye for detail and maintain high customer service standards.
* Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
