We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at HMRC Birmingham. As a Cleaning Operative with Sodexo, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll do:
1. Carry out cleaning duties across the designated area, including offices, corridors, washrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces.
2. Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and meet client expectations.
3. Follow the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to promptly.
4. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
5. Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
