Part-Time HR Manager - Old Street | £45-50K FTE
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team? We're seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to join our clients team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
About the Role
As our HR Manager, you will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive company culture. Your responsibilities will include:
HR management & performance management
Developing and communicating policies & procedures
Recruitment & succession planning
Managing formal meetings & employee relations
Supporting the Director as neededAbout You
We are looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years' experience, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered). You should have:
Strong ER case-handling & performance management experience
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with an agile working mentality
Excellent communication skills, including experience handling difficult conversations
