What you will do in your working day
1. Administration & Records management
* Provide general clerical and administrative support.
* Manage shared mailbox emails.
* Assist with report preparation and delivery.
* Organise and support internal meetings.
* Use administrative equipment as needed.
* Edit, format, and update documents.
* Follow specified administrative procedures.
* Participate in relevant training and professional development.
* Ensure proper record-keeping in line with Trust policies.
2. Estates Management Support
* Support operational planning and delivery of Estates & FM services.
* Assist with Estates and FM training.
* Monitor health and safety audits.
* Manage facilities management systems.
* Track project progress and compliance.
* Assist with tender documents and evaluations.
3. Policy and Performance Support
* Conduct research on Estates and FM issues.
* Assist with writing and issuing guides and bulletins.

The training you will be getting
The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
