Job Summary The Project Manager works under the broad framework of the Professional Services department. It is expected that the Project Manager will travel to customer and key stakeholder sites, within the UK and at times internationally, to lead and manage enterprise software projects from kick-off to go-live (including initiation, scoping, planning and closure with lessons learned) directly into customers within the rail industry. It is imperative that the hands on role takes full responsibility for the project delivery by managing customer expectations and internal stakeholders, proactively anticipating issues and managing changes as required. A key activity for this role will be in defining the project success criteria and then setting and continually leading project expectations to all stakeholders. This role will initially focus on the implementation of Signature Rail solutions and associate projects. to various Customers.
