Main duties of the job Provide support and give time to an allocated group of service users, and promote their recovery supporting their return to a community environment, or supporting them to maintain their place in the community. Support service users to meet their identified needs and outcomes, paying attention to and respect their values, wishes and aspirations to lead their lives in the way they choose, supporting them to access community resources and services, such as housing, benefits,leisure, education and employment.
