The Role
* Provide first line support for customers requiring assistance with digital products
* Respond to and resolve technical queries
* Support new customers with digital set up
* Ensure queries are dealt with in line with service level agreements
* Provide remote training by phone and/or video conferencing to customers on the use of systems
* Provide internal support on digital products, including training if required, to members of all other departments
* Provide and manage digital downloads for customers
What You’ll Need
* Exceptional customer service skills and professional telephone manner
* Excellent IT skills – tech savvy
* Ability to build positive relationships with customers
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
