My client, a leading company committed to delivering top-notch services and products is currently seeking a Field based Account Manager. The team is passionate about excellence, and pride themselves on their customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts on a face to face basis
2. Visit business customers who are at end of contract to ensure repeat business
3. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in field sales, account management or resolutions.
2. You may be in field sales at the moment and looking for a less target driven role or managing accounts already. You may also be in an office/call centre dealing with complaints, collections or resolutions and want to get out in the field.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and provide effective resolutions.
4. You will be travelling over a wide area in the North West, North Wales and Shropshire areas.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
