We have recently joined Learning Partners Academy Trust and you will be joining us at an exciting stage in the school's development. We are recruiting a Finance and Premises Assistant for 25 hours a week during school term time to join this highly successful school to work in our administrative team. We are looking for an efficient and highly organised individual who has a good eye for detail. You must also have excellent communication and be a team player. Reporting to the School Business Manager through the Finance Officer you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Officer with procurement of goods, processing invoices and assisting with school trip organisation. You will also work with the School Business Manager and Premises Manager to assist with organising statutory inspections and testing for compliance of school premises and have oversight of school facility bookings. You will have excellent IT skills in order to organise yourself in this diverse but interesting role. Experience in MS Office and knowledge of databases is essential. You should have experience of an administrative environment and knowledge of the education sector and/or finance would be an advantage although this is not essential.
