A fresh and highly desirable opportunity for a TRANSACTION MANAGER has arisen with a luxury main dealer in Yeovil!
As a Transaction Manager, you will be tasked with maximising all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance, and value-added products. You will be at the very centre of customer enquiries, ensuring the team handles each opportunity professionally and thoroughly.
Role responsibilities extend to:
* Discussing the financial requirements of each customer.
* Advising customers on finance, insurance, extended warranty, and a range of approved products/services.
* Providing customers with all necessary information so that they have a clear understanding of all aspects of their purchase commitment.
* Identifying the need for, and implementing, coaching, mentoring, and training.
* Proposing financial agreements whilst ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.
* Deputising for the Sales/General Sales Manager at times of absence.
* Constructing (stacking) deals for presentation to the customer.
Previous main dealer automotive experience in a comparable role is essential.
