We are looking for two enthusiastic, approachable, and confident individuals to join our friendly team in providing day to day reception and administration support, for the services using Pelhams Community Clinic.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide reception administrative, and facilities support to services within the building and the wider Trust Estates department.
The post holders will also assume ultimate responsibility for the security (opening and closing of the clinic when required) and the smooth running of the clinic. This will include raising and managing any maintenance and facilities issues and being the designated fire marshal/fire warden for the building
Two shift patterns available:
• Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am-5pm
• Wednesday Thursday and Friday 8.30am-5pm
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

The main responsibilities of the role will include providing administration support, reception duties, telephone and face to face contact with members of the public, daily contact with clinicians and other professionals including our Estates Team, co-ordinating clinic sessions and room bookings.
Training is provided as well as ongoing support within a team environment.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
