Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? My client based in Cannock is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support them on a 12-month FTC. This role will include playing an essential role in managing complex ER cases while keeping a customer-focused approach at all times.Key duties:
* Provide advice to employees
* Provide support and guidance on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management etc
* Identify opportunities for improvement in policies and procedures
* Support Business Partners with business objectives such as headcount requirements, performance issues, structure changes
* Work in collaboration with recruitment, L&D, HR
Job details:
* 12 month fixed-term contract
* £45,000 per annum
* Cannock, WS11 based
* Hybrid working
* Must be fully, or working towards, CIPD qualified
What you'll need to succeed
* Fully CIPD qualified (or at least working towards)
* Minimum of 3 years working in an Employee Relations role
* Experience working in a construction industry is advantageous
