Bramah HR is recruiting for one of our excellent clients based in Fleet for a customer service executive. This is an office based role for an established global organisation within their customer service team. A fast paced customer facing position that would see you servicing client needs via various platforms. This will initially be a 6 month contract position but with view to extend to 12 months and potentially longer. Responsibilities: - Provide after sales support and information to customers via telephone & email. - Resolve customer queries and complaints. - Assist with all sales related documentation, placing orders and liaising with internal operational order fulfilment teams. - Assist in raising relevant shipment documentation. - Updating internal systems relating to customer contact/order status. - Provide general support to the customer service team as instructed. Skills: - Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.- Previous customer facing/ customer service experience desirable. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. - Customer focused approach. - Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently using initiative.If you're looking for your next customer focused position within a friendly and collaborative team environment please apply below
