Intermediate Rent Tenancy Management Officer - £14,574 pa 14 hours per week - Tuesday & Wednesday The Intermediate Rent Tenancy Management Officer has a key role in providing a customer-focussed and efficient tenancy management and rent collection service. Key Responsibilities: To manage all tenancies on a patch of Intermediate Rent properties. To ensure that all rent accounts are monitored regularly and correct action taken in line with Hightown’s policies and procedures, To ensure the preparation and service of legal notices are carried out in line with current procedures. Undertaking tenancy sign ups and check outs and preparing all reports and internal paperwork to ensure Hightown’s systems are kept up to date. To maintain an up to date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits and provide information and signpost tenants to relevant agencies. Process warrants for eviction and attend with Bailiffs where necessary. A Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Car is essential for this role.
