Job Description
The Senior Insight Manager for ASOS Media Group sits within the ASOS Media Group team within the ASOS Marketing Department and reports to the Director of ASOS Media Group.
You and your team will be responsible for delivering high quality insights, campaign measurement and reporting to our brand partners. Your team will also be responsible for optimising the ASOS proposition including testing advertising placements and the creation of bespoke audiences for Display Ads/CRM. You will also be working on developing the longer-term advertising targeting, measurement and insights proposition to ensure ASOS Media Group is at the forefront of retail media. You will be working cross-functionally within ASOS on projects to deliver this proposition. You will be keen to learn and happy to expand your knowledge of different platforms to lead a team within an exciting and fast-growing area of ASOS.
This role is a September start date.
The Details
1. Manage and develop a team of analysts, including prioritising workload in line with AMG strategy and ensuring all insight delivered has a clear narrative and recommendations.
2. Build out an advanced campaign reporting solution including self-serve dashboards/portals for our brand partners collaborating closely with ASOS teams to align on data shared.
3. Ensure best-in-class retail media measurement framework across all our different Ad Placements, defining KPIs and methodologies such as benchmarking, incrementality testing.
4. Partner with the Ad Operations and Account management teams to optimise our ad campaigns and ensure our brands receive high quality insights.
5. Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve the performance of display ads, sponsored ads and creative solutions ad placements.
6. Continually optimise our pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis for brands to inform their marketing strategies and tactics and encourage repeated investment in ASOS Media Group campaigns.
7. Represent ASOS Media Group in industry forums and to senior internal/external stakeholders within our partner brands.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally across ASOS to align with our Insight, Data Science and Data departments to continuously refine and develop the AMG measurement proposition.

Qualifications
About You
10. Proven experience in managing an insight or data-driven marketing team.
11. Proven experience in building stakeholder relationships
12. Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, data science, sales, operations and finance teams preferred.
13. Strong understanding of different marketing channels and effectiveness measurement with knowledge of display ads and search ads particularly relevant.
14. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate complex information concisely and to shape a narrative for senior stakeholders and external brands.
15. Able to prioritise effectively, manage team workload and work under ambiguity.
16. Proven experience using SQL, Excel and PowerPoint to complete end-to-end analysis.
17. Experience with Python or web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), preferred
18. Experience within Retail Media or using Google Advertising products, preferred
