About the role
This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and manage a high performing inside sales team while driving revenue growth through effective remote selling strategies and processes.
As the Inside Sales Manager at Builder.ai, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop the inside sales team across the European region. This role involves managing sales representatives, implementing sales strategies, and establishing processes that drive consistent revenue growth through virtual selling channels.
What You Will Achieve:
* Lead and scale an inside sales team focused on building a robust pipeline and closing deals through remote selling channels
* Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices for virtual/ in-person customer engagement
* Create and maintain performance metrics, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms
* Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills in remote selling, discovery, and closing
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and qualification processes
* Establish standardized sales processes and playbooks for consistent execution
* Drive adoption of sales tools and technologies to improve team efficiency
* Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy while ensuring consistent quota achievement
Requirements:
* 8+ years of total professional experience with 4+ years managing inside sales teams in SaaS or technology companies
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling inside sales operations
* Experience with the BANT qualification process (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
* Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
* Experience with virtual selling tools, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
* Strong understanding of inside sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
* Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on developing remote selling skills
* Experience in building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
