HR Coordinator (12 month FTC)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in London on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will join a thriving HR function that supports a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders throughout the business. We are currently the 11th largest IT services provider in the UK, so no two days are the same!
Responsibilities:
* Playing a key role in the employee lifecycle by managing smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Assisting with benefit administration.
* Contributing to team reporting requirements.
* Responding to queries from the wider business.
* Assisting HR Business Partners with administration.
* Assisting with any other administration or reporting as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate for this role will have:
* Professional HR coordination or HR administration experience.
* Ideally a CIPD level 3 qualification (although this is not essential to apply).
* Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* The ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
* The tenacity and aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
Office Presence:
This role requires 2 days a week in our London office (Monday being essential for new-joiner inductions, but the other day can be flexible). Occasionally, travel to other offices in Milton Keynes and Surrey will be required.
