Accounts Assistant
Location: Braintree
Salary: (phone number removed) per annum (21 hours a week). Hours can be flexible, either 3 days a week or 4 hours a day.
We are currently seeking a Part Time Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in Braintree, on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Transferring information onto Excel from clients.
2. Writing purchase orders.
3. Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero.
4. Processing sales and purchase invoices.
5. Using Zero software.
6. Printing and filing invoices.
7. Answering email inquiries and taking phone calls.
Your Background & Skill:
1. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
2. Experience working in a Finance Department.
3. Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential.
4. Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential.
5. A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times.
8. AAT Qualified or studying towards qualifications.
