Job Summary:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing and packaging machinery
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
* Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimise production disruptions
* Work with automation, control systems, and other technologies as required
* Ensure all equipment operates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
* Identify and implement efficiency improvements in processes and equipment
* Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
* Keep accurate maintenance records for compliance and performance tracking
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to health & safety regulations
* Support a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team
* Maintain a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to diagnose and repair a range of production machinery
* Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of GMP and quality control principles
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
* Familiarity with automation, control systems, and PLCs
* Understanding of industry regulations
* Additional technical qualifications or training
