We are currently looking to add to our Quality team and are looking for an Administrator (Quality Administrator) to join our busy operation here at City & Guilds. This role will be based in our Warrington office. Working hours: 35 hours between our office hours of 8:30am -5pm Salary £21,840 This role will start as a typical office position, but we may introduce a hybrid model after an initial probationary period, however this will be dependent on business requirements. You'll deal with those queries by both telephone and email. The role is broad and has other administrative responsibilities - processing expense claims from our associates in quality, for example. Our Administrators also undertake data input and management, across a number of different systems and including the use of Excel spreadsheets. About you You must be someone who is organised and familiar with or has a willingness to adapt quickly to an administrative role. You need to have confidence in using Windows 10, Microsoft Word, outlook etc. and most importantly know your way around an Excel spreadsheet or two We may ask our Administrators to occasionally travel to different C&G offices for events, meetings and training, however we do not require driving licence and all the travel expenses will be covered by the company.
