Senior Enterprise Architecture - Investments. Reporting into Head of Enterprise Architecture, Investments, Corporate Functions and Finance. Ensuring that technology solutions delivered though Investments Transformation support the business strategic objectives whilst developing and maintaining our own technology strategy. Architecture Drive Enterprise Architecture and Technical Strategy across Investments Ensure the Data Strategy is executed to design and course correct where it diverges Provide consultancy and direction on: Enterprise Architecture Definition and Maintenance Solution Architecture Guidance and Review Drive Solution Architecture Auditing, through participation in SDLC review points. Leverage understanding and experience with architectural frameworks and development technologies. Defining the systems architecture and performing core system reviews Produce recommendations and execution of processes for Analyses of Alternatives and Market Research for Products and Services to be acquired, including measurable success criteria Strategy Investments Technology strategy - contributing to the development of a rolling 3 year strategy Working with the Investment Transformation teams to ensure alignment of solutions to target architecture Research Investment management research - research into investment management related areas that may impact solutions - e.g. research via websites, Seminars, Webinars, consultants etc. New Technology appraisals - monitoring emerging technologies and tools. Applications research - research into new and existing applications and services, application evolutions, product roadmaps and directions followed by competitors Industry regulatory impacts - timeline and vendor engagement re solutions. Challenge Innovation - The questioning of systems and processes and the creation of new ideas Ensure decisions are made for the right reasons - with full appreciation of impacts.
