SUMMARY
An ideal Client Onboarding Manager needs to be motivated, results-driven, and can work with client users to lead efficient and successful onboarding campaigns. The Client Onboarding Manager will work directly with client users, internal project managers, and the supplier sales reps. We are looking for self-starters who are resourceful and have demonstrated a high degree of discipline in their academic and professional pursuits. If you live within 30-miles of an Avetta office, the role is hybrid.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and oversee campaign launches using best practices to drive desired outcomes.
2. Work with internal team to create smooth transition from CCM to CSM post launch, target new business during launch.
3. Generate and manage all campaign reporting to meet client SLAs, and drive efficiency and quality for customers.
4. Responsible for customer escalations and reporting updates.
5. Work alongside CSM and AMs and nest on-site as needed.
6. Set expectations with clients and encourage two-way communication to create a partnership while establishing Avetta as the expert in our field.
7. Assist SER campaign team with campaign outreach if needed.
8. Disseminate critical client specific information to internal teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
9. 3+ years of Project Management experience.
10. 3+ years of experience with Sales management and B2B and B2C sales or have account executive experience.
11. Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance.
12. Candidate must display comfort level with working with and committing to aggressive goals.
13. Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
16. Excellent time management skills.
17. Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
18. Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
19. 2+ years of CRM (Salesforce.com) experience.
20. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.
