Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate a team of Resident Services Associates to provide a world-class customer service experience.
2. Oversee the financial performance of your community, ensuring targets are met through effective budgetary control.
3. Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to navigate complex tenancy and compliance requirements.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage complaints and resolve resident issues.
* Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize rental performance.
* Effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Proficient in the use of selected IT and data systems to support compliance, end-of-tenancy, and property management tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant property management or customer service qualifications.
* Experience in the residential property sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's best practices and regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
