We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent part-time receptionist to join our Highways England account in Nottingham - Stirling House, Osier Drive, Lakeside Court, Nottingham, NG15 ODS. This role is based on-site.
The salary is £12.00 per hour.
The standard hours of work are part-time 20 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday 07.00-15.30, and Wednesday evening 15:00-19:00hrs.
Amey delivers total facilities and estate management services, including planned and reactive maintenance works, cleaning, project and asset management across Highways England’s extensive and growing operational estate.
We work in partnership with our client, Highway England staff, building users and their supply chain partners to ensure the 24/7 service we provide is delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements that keeps one of the busiest road networks in Europe safe for the people and businesses who rely on it every day.
You will be responsible for:
1. Presenting a professional, courteous and helpful approach, delivering a high quality of customer service to the client.
2. Ensuring that SLA’s are maintained, that complaints are minimal and that no breaches of contract occur.
3. Completing any training required and participating in the training of other colleagues if required.
4. Completing administrative and telephony duties in an effective, compliant and timely manner.
5. Receiving bookings of visitors and amending on a daily basis.
6. Issuing/collecting passes and arranging companions for visitors.
7. Providing information about site and facilities.
We want to hear from you if you are:
* Experienced as a Receptionist, with a good understanding of administration requirements in a busy, fast-paced environment, data processing and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
* Skilled in IT; Microsoft packages and other bespoke programmes.
* Willing to undertake training to meet the requirements of the role.
* Able to work as part of a team.
In addition to this, it would be desirable if you have customer service and communication skills and an NVQ level 2 qualification in customer service or administration, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required training.
