As a children's nurse, trained in the care of children and young people with childhood TB, there is an exciting opportunity to work, within the dedicated and Dynamic multi professional team here at SASH.
You will be offering support that bridges the home, school and hospital settings coveringinpatients, clinics and home / school visits for children and young people mainly living in East Surrey and Sussex
You should be RSCN/RN child, have current live PIN on NMC register and a nursing degree or willingness to work towards.
