Job Description:
DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultants and leaders to be part of our team. You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution with your subject matter expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries.
We are a virtual first company so you will be based at home with minimal travel

Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required therefore the criteria for this is that you will be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
The Role
Opportunity Analysis
1. Understand the client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)
2. Validate opportunity by understanding the business challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXC’s capability and offering strategy
Solution Design and Development
3. As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultants, your role focuses on advising on, designing and implementing SuccessFactors and HXM solutions for businesses using the SAP platform.
4. Develop the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) by shape, interpret and help define client requirements to ensure they address business goals
5. Differentiate against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, risk mitigation.

9. Project schedule & roadmap
10. Delivery Model & staffing estimates including role, location, level and capacity
11. Risk catalogue and mitigation plan
12. Proposal writeup
13. Share and advocate best practice, allocate and manage allowable cost targets for solutions
Solution/Project Delivery
14. Deliver the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) in a SAP functional lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager
15. Senior SAP Consultant in SuccessFactors participating in SAP upgrade, implementation & rollout projects as lead facing customers business
16. Engagement within international work environment.
17. Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors human resources solutions for

18. Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, getting those functionally designed, configured or customized.
19. Propose, develop or configure, document and test according to the functional and technical requirement by working closely with development team.
20. Build relationship and trust with client
Requirements
21. Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with an active role
22. SAP SuccessFactors business process knowledge
23. Process blue printing experience as a functional consultant in SuccessFactors
24. Recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation
25. Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities including Fiori
26. Must know SAP Activate and Agile methodology
27. Must know processes and configurations in the wider SuccessFactors HXM suite and integration with HCM
28. Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
29. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own workload
Special Attention will be paid for
30. Demonstrated performance in SAP functional project delivery
31. Experience of additional S/4Hana SuccessFactors integrations or the simplified data model e.g., PFAL, CHARM, Solution Manager
32. Client consulting skills and demonstrated experience
Education and Experience
33. A wealth of experience in consultative solution building and delivery
34. 5-10 years experience in project/program management.
35. Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
