About Our Client
Our client is an established company based in Bromley, seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to handle complex absence management cases for a temporary period of at least 3 months.
Job Description
* Handling complex absence management cases and reducing short term sickness
* Writing policies and dealing with change management
* Benefit reviews
* Providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues promptly
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or CIPD Level qualified
* Extensive experience with absence management
* Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well in a team environment
