[Personal Shopper - Bicester Village - Full Time/Perm]

As our Personal Shopper, you will be expected to deliver “an above and beyond” bespoke experience to each guest to help them with their shopping requirements. You will be available to recommend product using your in-depth knowledge from the range of international brands within Bicester Village that are suitable and meet the client’s needs, often introducing brands/items that the client would never have viewed if shopping alone.
You will ensure to deliver high quality of customer service to all clients and continually seeking to expand their client list, whilst partnering with brands to assist in increasing their sales.
This role requires you to be on site in Bicester Village 5 days per week including weekend work.
What you will be doing
1. Bring and develop your own Personal Shopping client base by nurturing existing clients, introduce new clients and support colleagues as well as getting referrals
2. Work to achieve both your individual sales targets and the wider business KPI’s
3. Participate in and organise VIP visits both in the Village and offsite if required
4. Deliver an exceptional service using individual customer profiles to provide personal recommendations, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements
5. Find ways to build loyal client relationships and increase client spend by understanding their needs and upselling
6. Be proactive in staying ahead with fashion trends and the luxury fashion industry.
7. Build close relationships with the brands by visiting the stores to ensure up to date availability of stock, brand understanding, offers and campaigns to support guests needs and drive sales.

8. At least 6 years’ experience working in sales for a luxury retail brand.
9. Previous Personal Shopping experience essential within a luxury retail brand network.
10. Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, products and a good sense of what styles suit clients.
11. A keen eye for detail, you notice the smallest details and ensure an excellent experience and luxury environment for your customers
12. Confident using social media to support client contact and increasing sales.
13. A strong network and an existing client list “Black Book”
14. Ability to engage and build client relationships .
