As the Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the management and maintenance of the office facilities.
* Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and furniture needs.
* Support office relocations and setups as needed.
* Conduct regular inspections of the office to ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
* Respond to employee requests and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
* Oversee Health and Safety.
* Desk planning and set up for new joiners.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
