The Ambassador is a dynamic and customer-focused professional responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for Manitobah's customers. This role involves promoting brand awareness, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the retail establishment.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Store Manager
Key Relationships: Our Customers and Sales Team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet customers and engage using sales model while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Share brand story and answer questions about company mission and values.
3. Recommend merchandise and assist customers with trying products.
4. Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, communicate key features and brand values, offer instructions for care.
5. Process sales, exchanges, and returns through point-of-sale system, handle cash and balance floats.
6. Inform customers of store promotions and ensure each customer is aware of the return and warranty policies.
7. Maintain store cleanliness standards and visual merchandising standards.
8. Consistently offer Fireside Community e-mail sign up to all customers.
9. Additional related duties as assigned.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Professional Experience:
1. Minimum one (1) year experience as a retail sales associate is preferred, but not required.
2. Computer and technology proficiency.
3. Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
4. Self-motivated and driven while striving to provide excellent customer service at all times.
5. Demonstrated positive attitude, reliability and punctuality, and solid work ethic.
Educational Requirements:
1. Completion of high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
