Responsibilities:
Delivery Forecasting: Generate precise delivery forecasts and summaries.
Prioritisation: Align deliveries and workload with the business strategy.
Stock Management: Ensure timely stock deliveries and manage product visibility on the website.
Compliance: Collaborate with Trade and Transport to ensure adherence to shipping terms and customs requirements.
Query Resolution: Address warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours.
Returns Analysis: Monitor and analyse returns, implementing actions to minimise them.
Negotiations: Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, and stock swaps.
Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain accurate records.
Administrative Support: Provide necessary support to the department.Requirements:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numeric abilities.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Teamwork: Experience working in diverse teams and building relationships.
