Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!
Your role
The Head of Pride in the City leads our business-focused initiative designed to foster workplace inclusion and celebrate LGBTQ+ diversity 365 days a year. This role oversees all aspects of the corporate membership program, including marketing and communications, management of our City Trainers team, volunteer coordination, and administrative operations. The Head of Pride in the City builds relationships with corporate partners, drives membership growth, and ensures our business initiative aligns with Pride in Londons mission to unite voices, amplify diversity, and protest against inequality.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the marketing and communications strategy for Pride in the City
* Create compelling content to attract and retain corporate members
* Coordinate the Pride in the City volunteer team
* Manage key relationships with business partners
* Oversee membership processes and benefit delivery
* Organise events and networking opportunities for members
* Ensure all activities align with our values of Visibility, Unity, and Equality
