What the Job Involves The role involves ensuring compliance with legal, organisational, and multi-agency requirements, carrying a caseload, and working independently or with colleagues to support children, young people, and their families. You will provide professional guidance, support seamless service responses, and critically analyze and record information. Responsibilities include safeguarding duties, case management, court attendance, and expertise development in children’s social care.
