Vacancy Type: Full-time but flexible working patterns will be considered.

Salary: Band 2B (£71,163 - £81,661)

Key Responsibilities:
* Help evolve our C&P function: Lead the integration of advanced analytics and technology into C&P processes, delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.

What We Are Looking For:

* Tech-Savvy: Understanding of procurement technology, including platforms such as Oracle, Bravo, and other e-sourcing or supplier management tools.
* Proven Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving change and delivering measurable results.
* Business Acumen: Understanding the big picture, balancing technical solutions with strategic business goals.
* A Problem-Solver: Thrive in fast-paced environments, solving complex problems and driving continuous improvements in processes, performance, and technology.
