Right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Yard Marshallto join our team of essential workers and help us to make a positive difference to the environment we all live in by ensuring the saftey and compliance of our yard. This role will see you take responsibility for the yard by promoting, educating and enforcing our high health and saftey standards ensuring it’s a safe environment to work in. You will also be supporting the operational teams by driving the trucks, washing them, and performing a regular bin count, as well as any other general tasks that are required by the contract. What you'll need to do the role First and foremost, you will hold an HGV Class 2 license as this is essential due to you being required to drive trucks around the yard. We are looking to hear from candidates who have previous experience in a similar role, however this is not essential as full training will be given. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as be self-motivated with the willingness to undertake further training when required and work well within a team.
