Experience as a PA, or equivalent in a professional environment
Successful experience in administration
Experience of diary/ people management scheduling
Experience utilising a wide range of IT resources to support administration and efficiency
Experience working with and supporting an effective team
Experience providing administrative support in formal meetings
Highly effective administrator
A skilled communicator
Emotional intellenge, able to notice and respond to the needs of others
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
Able to provide positive and welcoming customer service
Strong literacy skills
Good presentation skills, able to produce high quality materials to support presentations and professional reports.
Good attention to detail
