Job Title: Social Worker (Children) Location : Bury Working Hours: Hybrid Rate : £39 per hour Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Bury, based within the Looked After Children team. Responsibilities: As a LAC (Looked After Children) Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete Pathway Plans and Children and Family Assessments, while working collaboratively with partner agencies in a multi-agency setting.
