The post holder will support the Senior Performance Analyst and Performance Analysts in ensuring that statistical and statutory returns are completed for the Department of Health, Trust, and other organisations (e.g., NHS Improvement) within deadlines for submissions. This includes planning, prioritising, and organising straightforward tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process data ensuring audit checks are regularly carried out and data integrity is maintained.
2. Produce routine reports and graphs by manipulating the data in a variety of software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access.
3. Support the delivery of both regular and ad-hoc information to clinicians and managers for monitoring service performance as delegated by the Senior Performance Analyst and Performance Analysts.
4. Monitor data quality reports and bring any concerns about data quality to the attention of the appropriate team member.
5. Jointly develop appropriate action plans to rectify data quality issues, including proposed changes in Policy and Procedure in the department.
Please note that the job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities, and outcomes required of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
We promote a friendly and approachable team atmosphere to ensure everyone can hit their targets and deliver the service we all want to provide.
