Helping Our People Be Their Best We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Support Co-ordinator to provide support to the business within our busy team, ensuring that we deliver a first class service to the business. Working in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for managing various administration tasks, including processing and producing ID cards for employees; completing employment, tenancy and mortgage references and various other administration tasks to help support a very busy team. There will the requirement to cross skill with other teams in the wider Reward team. What does it take to be a People Support Co-ordinator? • Previous administration and data entry experience – ideally in an HR environment • Strong IT skills, including MS Office • Strong customer focussed communication skills at all levels • An ability to prioritise but still deliver excellent customer service • Demonstrable experience of prioritisation, planning and organising • Previous experience working in a fast moving working environment with particular attention to detail • The ability to maintain confidentially and be professional at all times.
