Operations Manager UK&I
We are looking for a person with business acumen and proven consultancy skills within a cross-functional environment of various stakeholders to join us as Operations Manager in our Insights to Impact & Go-to-Market team, based in Slough, UK .
About the role
As the Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end stakeholder management and continuously improve the deployment of Veeva CRM “ORBIT” as integrated Closed Loop Relationship Management (CLRM) solution as well as related business processes. Reporting directly to the Patient Impact Operations Lead Europe, you will act as key interface between the European Insights-to-Impact (I2I) organization and the local Business Units’ stakeholders.
Who you’ll work with
Together with your EU team, consisting of Operations Managers dedicated to different areas, you will be responsible for continuous improvement activities, supporting the business to get to the next level of operational excellence, and encouraging business and stakeholders to meet targets.You will directly interact and cooperate with a variety of local, regional and EU stakeholders, Information Technology (IT) and external vendor teams.
What you’ll do
* Act as interface between strategy and tactical planning to ensure EU strategic alignment and be involved in defining the operational strategy with the UK & I leadership team.
* Partner with entire hierarchy of functional roles (commercial, medical, access and back office) to drive informed decision making based on data, in alignment with area Leadership Team.
* Drive end-to-end process with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely roll-out of OmniChannel Plans for each promotional cycle (e.g. business requirements consolidation, external vendor alignment, hyper-care support etc.)
* Proactively translate business requests into CRM design solutions (bringing CRM concepts to reality) and tailor developments of CLRM platform roadmap together with EU Teams, so that local business requirements for area/market are met.
* Drive initiatives to increase data quality for activity data. Acknowledged as Partner with I2I Reporting Team and external vendor to Manage Account / Health Care Organization & data quality.
* Partner within the I2I team & local stakeholder networks to leverage and communicate relevant information from the EU organization towards your area and vice versa
* Develop a CLRM platform roadmap for UK&I and ensure execution as well as implementation of strategies based on data
I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills.
* Bachelor`s Degree
* Solid analytical skills, ability to consolidate data sets for management review & structured thinking.
* Effective change catalyst/facilitator who thinks innovatively and drive initiatives with ability to handle risk and uncertainty comfortably, learning from both successes and failures
* Demonstrated project management skills (negotiation, planning, prioritization, time management, etc.).
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Digital and IT savvy; familiarity with Human Resources systems.
* Effective communication and presentation skills, including solid English language capabilities
* Hands on CRM experience
