What’s on Offer?
* Salary: £25kp/a + uncapped commission
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm
* Location: Farnham

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify a set number of high-quality leads per week
* Research and identify new business prospects across various industries
* Strive to achieve established KPIs
* Build relationships with key decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
* Maintain an accurate and updated CRM with all sales activity and interactions
* Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
* Track and report on lead generation success, contributing to overall team goals
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales
* Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
* Ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
