Habitual is a fast-growing brand in the obesity and diabetes industry. We’re on a mission to help 100,000 patients (0.01% of the world’s obese population) reach a healthy weight by 2025, and we’re looking for a passionate Influencer & Community Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand and engage with our audience.
About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Influencer & Community Social Media Manager to lead our influencer partnerships, grow our organic social channels, and build a thriving community. This role is perfect for someone who loves influencer marketing, social media engagement, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships
1. Identify and reach out to new influencers and affiliates who align with our brand.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
3. Negotiate collaborations and manage contracts or agreements.
4. Write clear and engaging content briefs for influencer campaigns.
5. Coordinate product gifting and ensure timely delivery.
6. Manage and track influencer-generated content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
Social Media & Community Management
1. Grow and manage our organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
2. Schedule, post, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
3. Organise and oversee TikTok Lives and other live-streaming initiatives.
4. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
5. Stay on top of trends and find opportunities for content ideas.
Content Creation & Editing
1. Assist with creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
2. Create static assets to use across performance channels.
3. Repurpose influencer content for social media, ensuring it fits our brand voice.
4. Keep up with trends and find creative ways to showcase our products.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
3. Experience in influencer outreach, relationship building, and campaign management.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer collaborations at once.
6. Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
7. Image editing skills for producing static ad assets.
8. Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
