Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

Location: Waterside Day Hospital, Waterside, Evesham WR11 1JT

Ward:? Evesham Waterside Day Hospital, Evesham, Pershore and Upton

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm
