The Philanthropy team secures funding from high-net-worth individuals and charitable foundations, including £1 million donations. They play a key role in driving the campaign for the new Children’s Cancer Centre, developing fundraising initiatives for child health research, and expanding international partnerships. This is an exciting time for GOSH, as we seek to develop our international philanthropy strategy, where you will play a pivotal role. Salary The salary for this position is £29,867 per annum and the role is a 12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international fundraising activities and support donor visits, events, and travel logistics. Provide administrative and communication support for our partnership with Abu Dhabi, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, driving income generation and delivering exceptional supporter experiences. Support creative stewardship and fundraising strategies, sourcing compelling content and materials. Build strong relationships with donors, senior volunteers, and working with an international advisory group to engage new prospects. Maintain accurate donor records on Salesforce and contribute to insight-driven, high-performing team processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in relationship management within a donor or customer-focused environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail. Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of global fundraising, particularly in the UAE and/or USA markets, is an advantage.
