Berry Recruitment are looking for a Temporary Administrator to work within the Cemeteries Department of a local authority.
This role is to start ASAP for 4 weeks with a possible extension.
30 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 3.30pm (half hour break).
Hourly pay rate £14.03.
The candidate will be working with the Cemeteries Officer providing general admin support, creating and maintaining burial records and cemeteries information.
Main Duties:
Taking telephone bookings from funeral directors ensuring all paperwork is processed and completed
Processing payments and maintaining financial records
Maintain and update databases and reports
Answering general service enquires
Sensitively manage bereaved families phone calls
Liaise with cemeteries operationsCandidate Requirements:
Strong administration experience
Computer literate
Previous experience within a bereavement service or equivalent services environment is desirable
