The Role of Senior Office Manager:
As a key member as the Senior Office Manager, you will:
* Oversee and streamline administrative systems, processes, and teams across two schools.
* Lead and develop the reception team, including training, appraisals, and professional growth.
* Support the smooth operation of breakfast clubs, school lunches, and after-school care provisions.
* Manage electronic records, ensuring full compliance with data protection policies.
* Assist with the school budget and financial processes.
* Oversee the recruitment administration process, including DBS checks and compliance.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Senior Office Manager
* A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above), including Maths &; English.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* A proactive approach to safeguarding and equality.
* A willingness to undertake further training and professional development.
