As an Account Manager, you will:
* Manage existing 265 accounts and grow new business opportunities across the South-East & London.
* Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets.
* Build strong relationships with FM companies, management agents, and key end-users.
* Identify new routes to market, expand the client base, and cross-sell solutions.
* Work closely with the sales, technical, and service delivery teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
* Own the bid process and ensure robust sales governance.
* Deliver outstanding customer service while continuously driving revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a target-driven sales role within BMS, Energy, FM, or Property sectors.
* A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to create client-focused solutions.
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies from planning to successful delivery.
