Website Manager
We're seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Website Manager to lead the management and optimisation of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online performance. At itas, we embrace creativity, push boundaries, and excel in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities
* Website Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day management of our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, fully functional, and optimised for user experience and search engines.
* UX & UI Champion: Work on improving the user journey by optimising the website layout, navigation, and content to drive engagement and conversions.
* SEO Strategist: Implement on-site SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Stay on top of SEO trends and algorithms to keep our website competitive.
* PPC Campaign Management: Take ownership of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring they are set up, managed, and optimised for maximum performance. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI and drive relevant traffic to the website.
* Performance Optimisation: Monitor website performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of speed, responsiveness, and mobile optimisation.
* Content Management: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure that website content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with our digital marketing strategies.
* Technical Expertise: Manage website updates, plugins, and integrations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Work closely with developers when necessary to implement changes.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and other tracking software to measure website performance, PPC campaign effectiveness, user behaviour, and conversion rates. Use these insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.
* Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure website projects and PPC campaigns are delivered on time and in line with company objectives.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
* Proven experience managing websites with a focus on both technical and content optimisation
* Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and a keen eye for design
* Experience with SEO and best practices for on-page and off page optimisation
* Solid experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
* Familiarity with web performance optimisation tools and techniques
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PPC management platforms, and other relevant tools
* Thrive when you’re working in a methodical and analytical manner, using strong problem-solving skills, good judgment and initiative to determine and implement the best solutions.
* Be a strong team player with a collaborative approach who is energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable, delegating appropriately to colleagues.
* Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders of all levels
* Be systems and process-orientated, fast learner and ability to identify and stream line business process
* Show us verbal and written communication skills of the highest standard.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
* Preferably have a driving licence.
