About the Job With huge opportunity for growth, the goal is to maximise profitable revenue across Amazon and D2C and explore the opportunity for TikTok sales. Having daily contact with the Directors, you will be at the heart of key business decisions to accelerate our growth in the UK, and beyond. Key activities include: (1) P&L responsible for the Ecommerce business (2) Amazon: Driving sales growth {70%} o Developing and executing our sales strategy with Amazon in the UK and EU o Delivering high growth sales targets, forecasting sales and liaising with Supply Chain to ensure we have the right stock available to maximise sales o Develop and optimise product listing and Amazon shop, liaising with Ann and our designer to implement best in class creative and copy o Develop advertising campaigns using best in class assets and optimize to deliver target ROAS o Evaluate new market opportunities and if they meet our ‘go’ criteria launch and build new market opportunities e.g. pan EU o Analyse performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities e.g. New Product flavours, formats and packaging solutions o Plan and implement promotions; evaluate their effectiveness to continuously improve performance o Build a successful partnership with Amazon SASPro team to leverage their excellent capabilities and support (3) D2C: Perkier and Zombie Webshops {20%} o Driving sales through Perkier and Zombie webshops to evaluate the potential opportunity to grow this route to market o Work with our web designer to optimise the user experience o Track sales closely and identify key insights and growth opportunities o Partner with our marketing team to execute activities to increase awareness and sales e.g. newsletters, social media advertising, PPC (4) Other Opportunities: E.g. TikTok Shop {10%} o Develop a robust strategy to test and learn new channel opportunities, including TikTok Shop What Success Looks Like • Revenue growth in line with budgets • Strong performance against role competencies
